Abigail Gross has been practicing workers’ compensation law for nearly 15 years. She began her career representing employers and insurance carriers, so she knows how they operate and how they can easily take advantage of an injured workers. Abigail understands the value of hard work. She is a Lehigh Valley native who is proud of the generations that came before her. Her great-grandfather, grandfather and father all worked at the Bethlehem Steel, the former two retiring after decades of working in the blast furnaces. Abigail respects those who work hard to make a living and understand that when you work hard, you don’t expect to get hurt. As a mom of 4 boys, Abigail also understands that work injuries can be devastating for not only the worker, but for the entire family. Maybe this is the reason she defends her clients like she does her own family.

Abigail has had the privilege of representing injured workers in every industry. From factory employees, to healthcare workers to office professionals, she recognizes that injuries do not discriminate. Abigail works closely with several area Unions, both representing their members and leading workshops to educate them on their rights.
